Shipping Policy

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Please contact us before you place your order if you require an alternative shipping method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment with the exception of custom build items. Most computers in our store are classified as custom builds. Custom build items must be cancelled within three hours of placing the order. If the item is cancelled after that time, a $25 fee will be charged.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email support@ypcr.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA#.
2. You may bring the item to our office or ship via UPS:

3. Include in your package the original receipt. 

4. Your refund will be released to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected for condition and completeness.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling cost.
